To Know Policy Details Through IVRS, Simply Dial 1251 Available 24x7 in The Following Cities

  • Dial 1251 on BSNL/ MTNL lines to avail LIC of India customer care services on phone. This service sis toll free. If using any other subscriber service, one can dial the STD code of the city in which the IVRS center is located to access LIC of India customer care.
  • Contact Manager (CRM) can be contacted for redressing any grievances and complaints on the following LIC of India customer care number
